14.4 Safety Relay
WARNING
: Disconnect the CRT-300 Cellcorder test leads from any
equipment before initiating this Safety Relay diagnostic. If the diagnostic is
enabled while the CRT-300 is connected to a voltage source, the unit can be
damaged.
Shift+Diag|Safety Relay
Select Safety Relay to test the internal relay that protects Cellcorder
circuitry. The relay clicks while this diagnostic is active.
14.5 Memory Card

|Memory Card
To test the input/output (I/O) to the Smart Media memory card, select
Memory Card. When testing is successful, the screen displays
Memory Card
I/O Good
.
14.6 Load Module
WARNING
: This diagnostic draws up to 60 Amps from the voltage/current
source.

|Load Module
Select Load Module to test the circuitry that applies a load current to the
battery under test. On the Select Load menu, select the voltage range, then
connect the resistance load leads to the voltage source. If the leads are not
connected, only the 1 to 2 volt range operates. Requires test leads and
voltage source to test all conditions. AC Power indicator must not be lit
while test leads are connected.
14.7 A/D Linearity

|A/D Linearity
To display the readings from the analog to digital converter, select
A/D Linearity. Use this diagnostic only when instructed by Albér technical
support. Menu selections are described below.
14.7.1 Voltage Channel
Voltage Channel displays the voltage connected to the standard (two lead)
set of voltage leads supplied with the unit. This input is for the cell voltage
readings. Input voltage must not exceed 20 volts.
