Execute the show vlan mac-vlan operation command and make sure the MAC
address set for a VLAN by using the Layer 2 authentication functionality has not been
set for another VLAN in the configuration. A MAC address with an asterisk (*) shown
next to it represents an entry that has not been registered in the hardware due to
capacity limit.

Make sure the port status is Forwarding . If it is Blocking , the cause is indicated in
parentheses. Check the status of the functionality that caused the problem.
