13.2.2.2 CONNECTION HYDRAULIC HOSES WITH CONNECTION CLAMPS
For connection of hydraulics, tractor must be fitted with two pairs of standard hydraulic connections.

To avoid incorrect connection of hydraulic hoses
of spraying equipment with tractor hydraulics
and improper operation in controlling the
spraying equipment, the hoses are marked with a
label for correct connection:
•
unmarked hose pair: connection to the
hydraulic
cylinder to control the
lifting/lowering of the spray boom
•
hose pair with yellow markings:
connection to the hydraulic solenoid
valve 6/2 EV3 to control the arms and
levelling of the spray boom

13.2.2.3 CONNECTION TO TRACTOR
The tractor cab must be fitted with a control panel for controlling the hydraulics on the spray boom.
The control panel should be installed in an appropriate permanent location. The control panel with the
supply cable (E - Figure 12.3) is connected to the 12V DC power source on the tractor with a
maximum current of 10A.
The hydraulic hoses are connected to the hydraulic valve on the tractor: the pair with a colour marking
on the hydraulic coupling is connected to a separate line for controlling one lever (simultaneous
opening/closing, levelling, opening/closing of the left arm and opening/closing of the right arm), while
the unmarked pair of hoses is connected to a separate second line for controlling the other lever (spray
boom lifting/lowering) on the tractor.
WARNING: System is not equipped with a safety valve, therefore regard the
allowed working pressure!
WARNING: Do not connect hydraulic hoses to pressure greater than allowed!
