possible to recognise a damaged membrane by means of the manometer, since its pressure pointer does

MAINTENANCE
After every single use, it is recommended to wash out the inside of the pump as well as other parts of
the sprayer with clean water (see chapter "DESCRIPTION OF SETTING OF VALVES FOR
SPRAYING OR CLEANING"), and after season, the pump must be prepared for winter (see chapter
"MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE AFTER SEASON – PUMP").
10.5
C200 MIXING PUMP
Figure 10.3
As standard, the AGS 1800EN-HV, AGS 2000EN-HV and
AGS 2000EN-HVB sprayers are equipped with a centrifugal
pump, ensuring that the spray in the reservoir is mixed
thoroughly and continuously. The mixing pump is connected
with the main pump by a V-belt, which is why the tension of the
belt should be checked and adjusted from time to time, if
necessary. The pump also has a dedicated greasing point, which
should be greased once per season or every 50 operating hours.
In the winter season, drain the water from the pump with the
screw (see the catalogue) or fill the pump with antifreeze (see
the chapter MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE AFTER
SEASON - PUMP).
10.6
CHECKING AND ADJUSTING BELTS ON THE C200 PUMP
Figure 10.4
Before each use of the sprayer, check the
tension of belts between the BM 150/20 and
C200 pumps. Remove the safeguard and
check the belt tension. If the belt is too
loose/tight, you can adjust the tension on the
bracket of the C200 centrifugal pump, which
is done by loosening the nut (marked on the
picture) and then moving the bracket and the
pump up or down to adjust the tension of the
belt.
Check the tension of the belt by applying
pressure on the belt; if it bends by more than
10-15 mm, increase the tension!
