FILLING CONTAINER OPERATION
Fill the main reservoir to about 1/3 with water, turn on the pump, then open the main valve on
pressure line and fill approximately 1/10 of the filling container with water by opening the control
valve (7) which supplies the filling container. Adjust the pressure on the flow regulator within the
range of 4 bar (min) to 10 bar (max).
Then administer the correct spray dosage into the filling container (according to instructions of the
spray manufacturer). To wash the packaging using the packaging rinsing nozzle (2), open the cover of
the filling container, place the packaging onto the rinsing nozzle and open the control valve (8). The
rinsing nozzle can also be used to pierce the protective film under the packaging lid to prevent
contamination of the surrounding area.
When the level of the mixture is approx. 5 cm from the edge of the filling container, open the drain
valve (4), which is designed to aspirate and pump the chemical mixture from the filling container into
the main tank through the ejecting suction nozzle (5). You can regulate the speed of pumping into the
main reservoir by opening and closing the control valve (7) for mixing the contents of the filling
container.
Once the container is empty, close the cover and open the control valve (8) for a few seconds, until the
packaging cleaner rinses the filling container. Close the control valve (8), wait until the contents are
pumped into the main reservoir and close the drain valve (4).
