COMPensation[:RFG1]:TEMPerature:REQuest:RESolution

This command specifies the threshold value of the temperature change to judge
whether an update of the RF generator compensation factors are required. (This
value is used by the COMP:TEMP:REQ:STAT? command.)

<numeric>:

Greater than or equal to 0 in 0.1 °C steps.

If 0 is set, the temperature compensation is always required.
