2.1 Dispensing Overview

• Confirm that the daily maintenance procedures have been completed.

• Check the supply and waste tank status.

• Perform pin priming (optional).

4. Setup the dispensing run in the software:

• Load a method.

• Select setup parameters.

• Select cleaning parameters.

• Select aspirate/dispense parameters.

5. Microtiter plate checks

• Check resin and liquid levels.

• Determine the aspirate offset

6. Set up the instrument deck.

• Fill the calibrant reservoir.

• Load the microtiter plates.

• Load the SpectroCHIP Arrays.

7. Start the dispensing run.

8. Clear the instrument deck.

• Remove the SpectroCHIP Arrays.

• Remove the microtiter plates.
