Obtaining warranty service
To obtain warranty service you must follow Æsir
Copenhagen’s warranty procedure:
You must return the product and the original proof of
purchase to Æsir Copenhagen or an Æsir Copenhagen
authorised retailer within 14 days after the appearance
of the defect within the warranty period. The product
should be accompanied by a label with your name,
address, telephone number and a description of the
problem.
If the problem of the product is not covered by this
limited warranty, you will be notified and given an
estimate of the costs arising for the repair of the
product. If the estimate is refused, the product will
be returned freight collect.
Limitation of Æsir Copenhagen’s liability
This limited warranty is your sole and exclusive remedy
against Æsir Copenhagen and Æsir Copenhagen’s sole
and exclusive liability in respect of the product. This
limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties and
liabilities whether oral, written, expressed or implied.
No Æsir Copenhagen retailer, agent or employee
is authorised to make any modification, extension,
or addition to this limited warranty.
In no event and to the maximum extent permitted by
applicable law shall Æsir or any of its retailers be liable
for any incidental, special, direct or consequential
damages, whether resulting from the use, misuse
or inability to use this product or from defects in
the product, including but not limited to lost profits,
loss of income, loss of opportunity, loss of reputation,
commercial loss and/or loss of data, to the full
extent those damages can be claimed by law and not
withstanding any negligence in whatever form of Æsir
and/or its retailers.
Æsir Copenhagen does not warrant the operation
of the product will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the extent permitted by law, Æsir Copenhagen’s
liability shall be limited to the purchase value of the
product.
No waiver and severability of terms
The failure of either party to enforce any rights granted
hereunder or to take actions against the other party
hereunder will not be deemed a waiver by that party as to
subsequent enforcement of rights or subsequent actions
in the event of future breaches. If any term is held to be
illegal or unenforceable, that part shall be construed in
a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as
nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties.
The legality or enforceability of the remaining terms
shall not be affected or impaired.
Governing law
The relationship between you and Æsir Copenhagen
shall be governed by Danish law. The courts of Denmark
shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute
arising out of or in connection with this Limited
Warranty. The Maritime and Commercial Court in
Copenhagen shall be the court of first instance.
General
Any translation of this document is done for local
requirements and in the event of a dispute between
the English and any non-English version, the English
version of this document shall govern.

notice.
