Use blue Loctite to install the Pitts muffler
bolts. Remember to always use the engine
manufacturer suggested gasket for proper seal.

Securely tighten the muffler bolts to the en-
gine.

7. DA-50 with Pitts style muffler mounted.

Note

: 2 1/2” aluminum stand offs used with no

other stand offs required.

8. 3W-55i-US with Pitts style muffler mounted.

3W-55i with 2 6mm standoffs = 6 3/8”

Note

: Two 6mm aluminum spacers used at each

mounting bolt to archive proper engine stand off
