OPERATION
9.1.
DESCRIPTION OF CONTROLLER
LOGIC
Temperature regulation is controlled by
a controller which interfaces with the
user, making the following possible:
• Setting the operating mode.
• Setting parameters which can be
adjusted by the user.
• Managing alarm situations.
• Checking the status of the resources.

9.3. DISPLAY
The 7-segment display can be used to
view:
• Adjustment temperature, in degrees
Celsius.
• Alarm code (in the event of an
active alarm).
• Operating
hours.
• Programming status indication (the
far left point fl ashes).
• Input/output
status.
9.3.1. BUTTONS
[ON/OFF] BUTTON:
When the device is
switched on, the far
right point appears on
the display, indicating
that the instrument is
receiving power (standby status). After
the [ON/OFF] button is pressed, the
water temperature in the boiler appears
on the display (S1 temperature). Pressing
the [ON/OFF] button again sends the
instrument back into standby mode.
[A/M] BUTTON:
Selects Automatic or
Manual operation.
When the water
temperature in the
boiler appears on the
display, pressing the
[A/M] button once will
access Automatic mode. This status is
indicated by two green LEDs lighting up
(10 and 7).
The latter will flash during OFFON time
(compressor wait time, i.e. min. time
between compressor deactivation and
reactivation), after which it will be lit
steadily.
WARNING: this time is even
counted by the compressor the first time
it is activated.
Press the [A/M] button a second time to
access Manual mode:
LED 10 switches off, while LED 7 lights
up in red to indicate that the electric
heating element is on.
[UP] AND [DOWN]
BUTTONS:
These buttons can be
used as follows:
• To access the User
(Utt) and Manufacturer
(CoS) menus, and to
access the Confi guration
(CFn) and Alarm (ALL)
submenus from the latter.
• To scroll through the list of parameters
(scrolling [UP] or [DOWN] in the
message diagram).
• To modify the parameter values
(increasing [UP] or decreasing
[DOWN] the values).
• Press and hold the [DOWN] button
for 3 seconds to reset the HP, heating
element and operating hours meter.
[SET] BUTTON:
This can be used to:
• Access the list of
parameters.
• View the selected
parameter.
• Confi rm parameter changes.

TREATMENT BUTTON:
Used to activate
the anti-bacterial
treatment cycle.
