b. Mount the pump head back on the

pump, over the diaphragm, with the
cover plate and four screws that were
removed during disassembly.

10. Replace the instrument bottom front panel

and the front sample door by reversing
steps 3-4.

11. Return the heat tranfer fluid drained in step

1 through the front fill port, per the
instructions contained in the User Guide.

12. Plug in the instrument and turn on the

power. The instrument will run a self-
diagnostics program, including a heat
transfer fluid level check.

13. Run a few test samples of calibration

standards to check proper instrument
operation.
