6.  Remove the smaller sensor adjustment

screw (H).

7.  Remove the entire mounting block (I) and

spring (J) from the deck.

Instruction for installing Disk Sensor/
Mounting Block:

1.  Align the mounting block (I) and spring

with the deck. Thread locking screws (F)
into block but do not fully tighten.

2.  Thread the sensor adjustment screw (H)

through the front of the sensor mounting
and position the sensor approximately
where it was before removal (marked
position).

3.  Position the sensor in place over the disk

(K) and in the mounting block; secure
with the two screws (C).

4.  Connect the sensor to the main harness.

5.  Run “HEAD ROTATION” and/or “TUBE

TRANSPORT” tests from the test menu
to check/adjust the sensor for proper
alignment (see User’s Guide Maintenance
section).

6.  Tighten the sensor locking screws (F)

when completed.
