Instruction for Cooling Reservoir Assembly:

1. Disconnect the outlet tubing (M) from the

pump inlet.

2. Disconnect the heat transfer fluid level

probe connector (N) from the harness.

3. Disconnect the fill and return tubes (O)

from the tank.

4. Disconnect the four thermoelectric

connectors (P) from the main harness.

5. Disconnect the reservoir thermistor (Q)

from the PC Board.

6. Remove the two screws (R) from the fan

and mounting bracket and slide the
bracket away from the cooling reservoir.

7. Remove the four screws (S) holding the

reservoir in place.

8. Install the replacement reservoir, noting

correct orientation (outlet hose to pump).
Reverse steps 1-7 to complete installation.
