Chapter 8 Common Problems
Common problems occurred in operation of servo system:
(1)
Direction of motor rotation is contrary
to expected
Possible cause: wrong connection of
UVW
Solution: method 1: check and correct UVW connection. Method 2: set P11 at 1
without changing wire connection.
(2) After shaft locking, possible reason of motor run error:
encoder error or phase deficient or deviation angle error.
Solution: check encoder and motor wires and re-measure
deviation angle.
(3)
Possible causes of large no-load motor current:
incorrect deviation angle.
Solution: Re-measure deviation angle and then solidified parameter and restart
the drive.
(4)
Possible causes for unable to connect to PC: wrong communication mode.
Solution: check the setup and make it correspond to practical situation, SW3=3
refer to 285 communications, SW3=on refers to 232 communications. Meanwhile,
SW4=4 refers to default baud rate 9600, SW4=on refers to client configuration.
(5) Possible causes for communication failure
during use: poor stability of USB
converter:
Solution 1: Disconnect the PC interface first, then re-up electricity and
reconnect.
Solution 2: use USB converter recommended by Adthch.
Solution 3: use computer configured serial.
