Lay out the cable assembly straight.

Sharpen the PA liner with the ABICOR BINZEL sharpener (angle of
approx. 40°). For PA liners with a 4.0 mm outer diameter, the capillary
tube in the distance adaptor must be replaced with a guide tube.

At the central plug: Unscrew the nut. Remove the PA liners, replace it with
a new one and insert it into the wire conduit as far as it will go.

At the central plug: Slide the trunnion and O-ring on the PA liner.

At the central plug: Manually tighten the nut.

The PA liner must end just before the wire feeder's conveyor rollers.
Calculate the maximum excess and mark it on the PA liner.

Use the ABICOR BINZEL cutter to cut off the PA liner at the marking and
deburr the edge.

Cleaning the cable assembly

Replace any damaged, deformed or worn parts.

Lay out the cable assembly straight.

At the central plug: Unscrew the nut.

Clean the wire conduit from both sides with compressed air.

Cleaning the welding torch
The parts listed below are subject to wear and soiling. As a result, they must
undergo regular maintenance and cleaning:
— Torch neck
— Handle
— Air regulator

Annual maintenance by an electrician
► Have all components (welding torch, cable assembly, spare parts and
consumables) checked and cleaned by a qualified electrician trained by
ABICOR BINZEL or have the components replaced if necessary.
► In the case of extremely frequent use and/or very high current intensity
and/or evident wear, shorten the interval.

9 Warranty
This product is an original ABICOR BINZEL product. Alexander Binzel
Schweisstechnik GmbH & Co. KG guarantees correct manufacture and
assumes a factory production and function warranty for this product upon
delivery, which is in line with the most current technology and the regulations
in force. If ABICOR BINZEL is responsible for a defect that is present,
ABICOR BINZEL is obliged to remedy the defect or deliver a replacement at
its own cost and its own discretion. The warranty covers manufacturing faults,
but not damage resulting from natural wear and tear, overloading or
improper use. The warranty period is defined in the General Terms and
Conditions. Exceptions in the case of specific products are regulated
separately. Warranty will also be rendered invalid if spare and wear parts
are used that are not original ABICOR BINZEL parts and if the product has
been repaired improperly by the user or a third party.
Wear parts are excluded in general from the warranty. In addition,
ABICOR BINZEL is not liable for damage caused by using our products.
