A 4 Components
The hose assemblies for the welding torch system ABIROB
®
A are available
in the standard lengths 1 - 3.5 m or in customer-specific lengths. For a complete
system, you will require a setting device. It must be ordered separately
depending on the configuration. Order data and part numbers for the set-up
and wearing parts can be found in the current
ABICOR BINZEL spare and
wearing parts lists.
4.1 TransTransport
The components are carefully checked and packaged, however damage may
occur during shipping.
4.2 Storage
Physical storage conditions in a closed room:


When equipped with the ROBO hose assembly, the welding torch system ABIROB
®
A is not functioning.
For the initial assembly, additional components are required which depend on the welding task at hand.
They include the following:
• Torch neck (in the preferred size and geometry) • Mount (required for fastening to the robot)
• Set-up parts and wearing parts (order separately)

Checking procedure on
receipt of goods Check that the shipment is correct by referring to the shipping note.
In case of damage Check the package and components for damage (visual inspection).
In case of complaints If the goods have been damaged during transport, contact the last
carrier immediately. Keep the packaging (for possible checks by the
carrier).
Packaging for returning
the goods Use the original packaging and the original packaging material. If you
have questions concerning the packaging and safety during shipment,
please consult your supplier.
