Function performs checking meter of key pointed by MFIELD and MID and compare this key with KEY0-

15 provided in modbus request.

If key exist and is same as provided in request, response is sent back to master with function code

0x75.

If key not exist or is not same as provided in request, response 0xF5 is sent back to master.
