4.2.4 Minimum distance to wall and front
Check that a sufficient flow of air for cooling purposes can circulate from the bot-
tom to the top of the softstarter, and has a free passage away. Figure 4.3.
Warning !
Risk of damage to property. Ensure that no liquids, dust or conductive parts
enter the softstarter.
Make sure that the distances to the surrounding walls are sufficient, and that the
mounting angle is within specifications shown in figure 4.5.
Follow the minimum distance to front and wall, as described in figure 4.4 and the
table below.
