Remove the fuse from the fuse fixture: Pull the cover off,
then slide the fuse out . Figure 53 shows the fuse with the
cover removed .

Insert the new fuse into the fuse holder, then attach the fuse
cover .

Place the cover on the analyzer .

Install the 14 screws using Loctite 243 and a 3/32 inch Allen

wrench .

Move the analyzer back to the original location .

Re-connect the analyzer power plug .

NOTE

Use Threadlocker Loctite 243 for the screws used to attach
the shroud to the baseplate .

Analyzer Cover Maintenance

The shroud is designed to minimize the weight of the analyzer
cover, while also protecting the analyzer components and
eliminating external light sources from entering the optical
path . If gaps occur at the shroud seams, they should be re-
sealed with an opaque epoxy . If more significant issues occur
with the shroud, please contact ABB service .
