cause flashover between conductors with different electric potential, and
between a conductor and earth.

Maintain the following required minimum clearances:

- Transformer primary cables:

• For minimum clearances, see the applicable standard.

- Motor cables:

• 20 mm between conductors
• 40 mm between a conductor and earth

(1) Terminals for transformer secondary cables

(2) 2 terminals for motor cables
