The AQSync Air Quality Monitoring Station
The AQSync Air Quality Monitoring Station is a comprehensive air monitoring package
that combines Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-Federal Equivalent Method
(FEM) instruments for measuring ozone (O
3
) and nitrogen dioxide (NO
2
), with a weather
transmitter and other devices for high-quality yet affordable measurements of several
other air pollutants. The suite of measurement choices is customizable and includes
modules for ozone, nitrogen dioxide, nitric oxide (NO), particulate matter (PM
1
, PM
2.5
,
PM
10
), carbon monoxide (CO), and carbon dioxide (CO
2
), and VOCs.
The AQSync can be installed at any location where line power is accessible
—for
example, on a light post or building, or at field sites.
The AQSync integrates sensors such as
those used in the 2B Technologies
Personal Air Monitor (PAM) with the FEM-
quality ozone measurements of the 2B
Technologies Model 108-L Ozone Monitor,
