None of the LEDs are on if the XMG is not receiving power.

The ADSL line is up.

The XMG is initializing the ADSL line.

The VDSL line is up.

The XMG has a successful connection on the WAN.
Blinking
The XMG is sending or receiving data to/from the WAN.

The XMG does not detect a SFP connection to the WAN.
