8.5 Powerline Network Status
Use this screen to check the status of your powerline network and for expert troubleshooting.
Click on

to access advanced information on the status of your
powerline network.

Network Remote
Stations Setting
This section describes the configuration of the other HomePlug AV
adapters on your power line network.
Remote Stations In
The Same Network
This field shows the MAC addresses of the HomePlug AV adapters
on your network. These adapters all share the Network Name
entered in the
Local Settings
section. Select one of the MAC
addresses listed to begin the configuration of an adapter and your
powerline network.
Network Name
Type a new network name for the adapter you have selected.
Ensure the password is different from the default
HomePlugAV
password.
Login Remote DAK
Password
Type the
DAK Password
for the device you have selected. The
DAK Password
is listed on the device itself.
Apply Click
Apply
to set the new
Network Name
. The MAC address of the
device will disappear from the list until all devices have had their
Network Name
changed.
Cancel
Click this button to cancel any changes you have made.
