Oil pump
PROCEDURE:

Fuel tank cushion rubber
Using 4# inner hexagon socket remove the bolts

and remove the oil bushing

and the cushion rubber

.Remove the tank cushion rubber

Fuel pump
Using 10#sleeve remove 8 bolts
⑸

When the fuel pump
⑹
is removed, the float connecting rod cannot be bent to avoid inaccurate oil display.
After removing the fuel pump, it is recommended to temporarily seal the oil pump port to prevent something
falling into the tank.

Fuel tank cap
Flip to the front of the tank assembly, turn the tank cap

counterclockwise and remove.Be careful not to pull
the nylon cord
①
during the removal process.
CAUTION:
●
Before disassembling the fuel tank assembly, it is recommended to use the oil pump to pull out the fuel or use
off the fuel
●
Fireworks, telephone calls should not be allowed near the motorcycle -removal workshop to prevent
accidents.
●
When reversing the fuel tank inner assembly, remove the fuel pump and check that the fuel tank cap is
tightened to prevent the remaining fuel from overflowing from the fuel tank port;the vent pipe 2 may have a
small amount of fuel overflow when the fuel tank cap is turned back.
●
When reassembling the fuel pump, be sure to clean the joint surface of the fuel pump sealant and the tank
liner. When locking the bolt, the position should be locked to ensure uniform deformation of the seal gasket.
