➢ Check whether direct connection of cable is used
and computer doesn’t support auto-cross.

Check whether controller IP address is modified.
➢ Check whether PC net card IP address and controller
IP are in the same net segment.
Fail to connect through
serial port.
➢ Check whether serial port parameters are modified
by running program. It can check all current serial
port configuration through “?*SETCOM”.
