7. Data Management
Through the [Data Mgt.] menu, you can perform management of data stored
on the terminal, for example, deleting the attendance record, all data, purging
management rights and resetting the terminal to factory defaults.
Delete Transactions:
Delete all the attendance records.
Delete All Data:
Delete all the information of enrolled personnel, including
their fingerprints, facial images and attendance records.
Clear Administrator:
Change all administrators to ordinary users.
Restore to Factory Settings:
Restore all parameter settings on the terminal to
factory settings.
Record:
Query the attendance records of employees within a specified time
range.
