Diagram 14
Actuate the button
and hold while the adjustment screw at the quantity adjustment
valve is being turnedunt5il the floater upper edge has reached the required liter
marking of the scale in the flow measuring tube (Diagram 7, Page 15).
As soon as the floater upper edge has reached the required liter marking at the flow
measuring tube, the contact maker is either pushed upwards or downwards until the
same is situated in the middle of the floater upper edge. (Diagram 4, Page 12)
Only then may the
button (Diagram 5, Page 13) be released by the operating
hand.
The setting of the flow quantity with the quantity adjustment valve with the various
nozzle sizes is performed as follows:
Increasing the Flow Rate: Turn the Adjustment screw clockwise to the right.
Reducing the Flow Rate: Turn the Adjustment screw anti-clockwise to the left.
As the pump disposes of sufficient output capacity, the adjustment screw
should never be turned to the stop (clockwise) when nozzles with a smaller
flow rat are deployed.
