The machine as stated below has been purchased by me. Together with the machine, the operating instructions have been handed over to me.
I undertake to thoroughly and completely read the same before using the machine, to commission and operate the machine according to the
same, and to handover the operating instructions in the event of a resale together with the obligation to handover the same. I am aware of the
fact that any warranty claims against the ZIEGLER GmbH can only be asserted in so far as and as of the point of time this handover declaration
is completed, signed and at the hands of the ZIEGLER GmbH. I am also aware that the warranty period, regardless of the return of this
declaration to the ZIEGLER GmbH, commences at the point of time the machine is handed over.
