For the deployment of Luprosil
– NC or Lupro – Grain (buffered Luprosil) and conveying augers
with larger diameters (higher hourly output rates), it is recommended to use a nozzle holder with
4 nozzles.
The better wetting of the individual grain particles is given in any case through the deployment
of 4 nozzles.
NC-products are more viscous and therefore the viscosity is temperature
–dependent.
Applicable as a rule: If the media temperature is 5 °C higher or lower, a new calibration is
required.
Should you place a subsequent order of this Special Accessory 045354, it is also necessary to
order a complete Nozzle Holder 046963 to enable the mounting of the 2 additional nozzle
bodies to the auger tube.
