Check   

Check  the  abrasion  of  the  wheel  gear  surface  and  the 

drive claw. 

Replace it if there is too much abrasion or damage. 

 

 

 

 

 

Remove the bearing in the left crank case. 

Check possible damages on the bearing and the oil seal. Replace them if there are damages. 

Note: the removed bearing can not be used any more. It should be replaced with a new one. 

Special tool should be used to dismount the bearing and oil seal. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Remove the bearing in the right crank case.   

Check possible damages. If there are damages, replace it. 

Note: the bearing removed can not be used any more. It should be replaced with new one.
