В  средата  на  сипаното  брашно  направете  дупка 

и сипете в нея раздробената или суха мая. 

Не бива 

да  се  допуска  маята  да  влезе  в  непосредствен 

контакт с течността.

d)  Използвайте само пресни и подходящо съхранявани 

съставки.

e)  Трябва  да  се  намали  общото  количество  съставки, 

да не се добавя повече брашно, отколкото е дадено
