6.2. Physical Installation

The X-MCB1 is designed to mount to 25mm or 2" pitch optical breadboards using M6 or 1/4"
screws, respectively, or for use on a desk or table. It can be mounted to a breadboard in two
configurations:

TIP: When mounting on-edge, it is easier to connect the cables nearest to the adapter plate after
mounting the unit to the optical breadboard.
