Priming & Starting the NJEX
System
Refer to the Priming and Starting the NJEX System
Operational Schematic figure 200, on page 80.
1. Place unit in the Standby mode by pressing the
Standby key located on the front of the N-300
controller. The Standby LED will begin the flash on
and off.
2. Verify that valve V8 is closed.
3. Open valve V3
4. Press the Standby key one more time to remove the
system from the Standby mode. The Standby LED
should stop flashing on and off, and remain off.
5. Manually stroke the pump 15-20 times.
6. Close valve V3
7. Open valve V8
8. Select *Start from the main N-300 controller menu,
and follow N-300 instructions to start the system.
