7. OPERATION 85
Press and hold on “ F ’’ key for 3 seconds.
Go on
“ P10 ’’ parameters by means of “ F ” key.
Press
“ F ” key one time to activate the “ P10 ” parameter and write down the offset value as 00000,7
Press “ * ” key to approve this value.
Exit from the parameters menu by pressing &holding on
“ F ” key.
Press “ * ” key and see OFFSET 1 on the display.
Take the moveable head of the machine through the fixed head by manual operation and touch it.
Press and hold on
“ F ” and “ SET ” keys at the same time to transfer the actual positons of the both heads
to the display.
After adjustment processes it will be appeared 360 mm in 90º cuttings on the display when pressed on
“ F ”
key.
If you press
“ * ” key, it will be appeared OFFSET 1 value as 400,7 on the display
If the length of the first profile which is cut in 90º is 1000mm and the length of the second profile
which is cut in 45º is 999,7 mm Please apply the directives below
Press and hold on “ F ” key for 3 seconds.
Go on “ P10 ” parameters by means of ‘’F’’ key,
Press “ F ” key one time to activate the “ P10 ” parameter and write down the offset value as - 0,00003
Press “ * ” key to approve this value
Exit from the parameters menu by pressing &holding on the
“ F ” key.
Press “ * ” key and see OFFSET 1 on the display.
Take the moveable head of the machine through the fixed head by the manual operation and touch it.
Press and hold on
“ F ” and “ SET ” keys at the same time to transfer the actual positons of the both
heads to the display
Press
“ F ” and “ SET ” keys at the same time to bring the adjusted parameters on the display
After adjustment processes it will be appeared 400 mm in 90º cuttings on the display when pressed on “ F ”
key If you press “ * ” key, it will be appeared OFFSET 1 value as 399,7 on the display
