Cause
Possible Solution
Non-compatible option connected to the drive.
1. Check drive firmware version as described on page
2. If drive firmware version is correct, replace option card.
3. Replace the drive.

Cause
Possible Solution
Problem with the connectors between the drive and Powerlink
Option.
Turn the power off and check the connectors between the drive and Powerlink

these cards at the same time.
