Checking that the connection has been made correctly
After the connection is esta b lished, perform the follo w ing steps to check that the Mac recognizes the
prod u ct correctly.
The items and options in the setting w indo w may vary depending on yo u r Mac environment.
1 At the top left corner of the Mac
desktop, click and then click
"System Preferences".
2 Click "Sound".
The "So u nd" w indo w appears.
3 Click the "Output" tab.
4 In the "Select a device for sound
output:" section, check that "Yamaha
YVC-300" is selected.
If not, click "Yamaha YVC-300".
Tip
In most cases, simply connecting the prod u ct to a
Mac a u tomatically selects "Yamaha YVC-300".
5 Click the "Input" tab.
6 In the "Select a device for sound
input:" section, check that "Yamaha
YVC-300" is selected.
If not, click "Yamaha YVC-300".
