Pairing
Pairing is an operation w here a smartphone and the prod u ct are registered w ith each other. When a
Bl u etooth connection is u sed for the first time or w hen pairing information is deleted, the pairing
process is req u ired.
Once a pairing is completed, yo u can make a Bl u etooth connection in a simple proced u re.
Tips
• Check that the pairing is completed on the smartphone. If the pairing is not s u cceeded, retry it.
• If the po w er s u pply to the prod u ct is stopped d u ring a pairing operation, the pairing information may b e
discarded. In this case, retry pairing.
• The prod u ct can b e paired w ith u p to eight smartphones. If a ninth smartphone is paired, the prod u ct deletes
the pairing information on the device w ith the oldest Bl u etooth connection date and time.
• If the prod u ct is connected to another smartphone via Bl u etooth, disconnect it from the smartphone b efore
pairing.
1 Press and hold the Bluetooth button
( ) for at least 2 seconds.
The Bl u etooth indicator no w flashes b l u e at
high speed, indicating that the prod u ct is
ready for paring.
2 Perform a pairing operation on the
smartphone.
If a message prompts yo u to enter yo u r
passkey, enter "0000" in fig u res.
Tip
If yo u press the Bl u etooth bu tton ( ) w hile the
Bl u etooth indicator is flashing b l u e at high speed,
or if 90 seconds elapses w itho u t the pairing b eing
completed, the prod u ct is no longer ready for the
pairing.
