Check the coupler for any pins that m ay
be pulled out.

Check the locking condition of the
couplers.
•
If there is a m alfunction, repair it and
connect the coupler securely.

Check the wiring continuity betw een the
ECU and sensor connectors.

Execute the diagnostic m ode. (C ode no.
D05).
•
Replace the throttle body if defective.
1. Connect the pocket tester to the intake
air tem perature sensor term inal, as
shown.
2. M easure the resistance at the intake air
tem perature sensor.
3. Is the intake air tem perature sensor

Handle the air intake temperature
sensor with special care.
•
Do not submit the air intake
temperature sensor to strong
impact. If the sensor fall over,
