STARTER CLUTCH AND AC MAGNETO
5. Install:
• gasket
• crankcase cover (left)
Crankcase cover bolt
10 N.m (1.0 kgf.m, 7.2 ft.lb)
Tighten the crankcase cover bolts in stages and
in a crisscross pattern.
NOTE:
6. Install:
• neutral switch wire
Place the neutral switch terminal so that the wire
is fitted, refer to “CABLE ROUTING” in chapter 2.

7. Install:
• shift pedal pivot
• pivoting bolts

• o-ring
• starter idle gear cover
