ENGINE REMOVAL

INSTALLING THE ENGINE

1. Install:

• engine bracket

• engine bracket nut

• engine assembly

• engine mounting bolt (rear)

• engine mounting bolt/nut (front)

NOTE:

Do not fully tighten the bolts and nuts.

2. Tighten:

• engine bracket nut

• engine mounting bolt (rear)

• engine mounting bolt/nut (front)

33 Nm (3.3 m · kg, 24 ft · lb)

42 Nm (4.2 m · kg, 30 ft · lb)

56 Nm (5.6 m · kg, 40 ft · lb)

3. Install:

• air duct assembly 1

NOTE:

Be sure to align the alignment marks on air
duct assembly 1 as shown in the illustrations.
