Check that the encoder works normally.
Compare the Encoder data from the EBUS controller with
the target value on the LCD.
[Test method]
Turn the encoder clockwise according to indications on the
LCD and then turn the encoder counterclockwise.

” (page 113) to proceed the
test program.
