Checks sound source 1. (Auto Scale)
DM circuit board
and
SWP51L (IC300)
are checked while sound is produced.
Check sound source and sound production by producing sound from the low
range of keyboard that can produce sound while switching sequentially the sound
producing channels of the sound source with the default tone as a sine wave.
Check the voice sound by hearing that there is not unusual noise or abnormal
sound.
Sound production stops as the check for the number of sound producing channels
is over.
Sound producing keyboard range includes 32 sounds from C2 to G4. The number
of sounds produced is 64.
After auto scaling has finished, individual keys can be played. (When two or
more keys are played simultaneously, the fi rst pressed key has priority to make a
sound.)

Checks Pitch.
Pitch Accuracy Check: Connect the frequency counter to L or R of [PHONE] jack.
Sound is produced with 441.43±0.2Hz (A3) sine wave at PAN=center.
Sound production stops when returning to selection screen with the [DEMO]
button.

Test in progress:
oPr
Checks Output Level R.
Sound is produced with the sine wave of 1kHz (C5) at PAN=R. Check if sound is
produced at the specifi ed level.
Connect the level meter (with a JIS-C fi lter) to each jack (PHONES L, R, AUX
OUT L, R).
With [MASTER VOLUME] slider at the maximum, check the R channel output
level. (PHONES L, R: 33 ohms load AUX OUT L, R: 10k ohms load)
· PHONES L: -31.5dBu or less
PHONES R: +8.5dBu±2dB
· AUX OUT L: -58.0dBu or less
AUX OUT R: +2.0dBu±2dB
Sound production stops when returning to selection screen with the [DEMO]
button.
