Init Failed
Disk Locked
The printer cannot put the disk in factory default condition because an
attempt has been made to initialize the disk after it has been locked via a
PJL or SNMP command.
Initializing…
Flash Memory
The printer is initializing the flash memory.
Insert Tray 1
The printer cannot feed from Tray 1 because the tray is open or removed.
Reinstall/insert the tray to resume printing.
Insert Tray 2
The printer cannot feed from Tray 2 because the tray is open or removed.
Reinstall/insert the tray to resume printing.
Insert Tray 3
The printer cannot feed from Tray 3 because the tray is open or removed.
Reinstall/insert the tray to resume printing.
Install
Print Cartridge
The laser print cartridge is missing or is not installed correctly. Install the
laser print cartridge according to the directions for
“Replacing the Laser
Print Cartridge”
(page 4-3).
IOT NVM Fail
Power Off/On
The NVM (Non Volatile Memory) has failed on the IOT (Image Output
Terminal) which is also called the print engine. Printing cannot resume.
Menu operations may have to be halted if this error occurs. Power off and
power on the printer. If the problem persists, contact your service provider.
Laser Failure
Power Off/On
The laser assembly has failed. Power off and power on the printer. If the
problem persists, contact your service provider.
Load Env. Feeder
Size and Type
Load paper of the size and type shown into the Envelope Feeder.
