tray.
The set separator finger actuated the tray empty switch
before the required number of sheets were fed from the
duplex tray. This is usually caused by a multifeed out of the
duplex tray.
1. Discard unusable sheets.
2. If problem persists, notify your service representative.

Duplex tray integrity fault
with cycle down. (Too
many/few sheets.)
An incorrect number of sheets was fed out of the duplex
tray (too many or too few). This is usually caused by a
multifeed into or out of the duplex tray.
1. Remove the indicated number of sheets from the
output. The sheets will be reprinted.
2. Discard the purged output.
3. Press the Continue button.
