L051 Paper width in Tray 1
changed within job. 1. Press the Continue button or wait for the fault
message to clear automatically.
2. Correct the paper width if necessary.
L052 Paper width in Tray 2
changed within job 1. Press the Continue button or wait for the fault
message to clear automatically.
2. Correct the paper width if necessary.
L057 Paper in tray 1 & 2 are not
the same length. 1. Readjust tray length guides.
2. Enter a Set Tray command.
L152 Stitcher is out of wire/
spool not rotating. The stitch wire spool is not turning.
1. Arrange for wire spool replacement or inspection of
the wire feeding system.
2. If the problem persists, contact your service
representative for assistance.
L154 Stacker elevator tray full
or not empty prior to size
adjust or stitch capacity
reached. The system is recovering from a crash (for the finisher
configuration only).
Remove the paper.
L172 Stitcher is out of wire/wire
not advancing. The stitcher wire is broken, the advance mechanism is
defective, or the system is out of wire.
1. Arrange for wire spool replacement or inspection of
the wire feeding system.
2. If the problem persists, contact your service
representative for assistance.
L180 Stacker elevator tray full
or not empty prior to size
adjust or stitch capacity
reached. The stacker elevator tray is full.
Remove the paper.
L182 Stitch head not at home
position. Stitch head cam fails to return home during the stitch
cycle.
1. Press the Continue button.
2. If the problem persists, notify your service
representative.
L183 Stacker tray full or not
empty prior to size adjust.
One bin stacker only
configuration. The stacker tray is full.
Remove the paper.
L184 Stitch head fails to move
off home. 1. Restart the system.
2. If the problem persists, notify your service
representative.
P012 GWR lost pitch reset. There is a CDM or GWR board failure or a harness
problem between CDM and GWR.
