Control Panel
The Control Panel options enable you to the change the functions of the custom buttons, enable or
disable the audible tones associated with key presses, invalid entries, and faults, change the default
touch screen display, and substitute custom menus for standard menus.

Custom Buttons
When you select a custom button (<Copy> or <Scan> in the figure below), the touch screen displays the
screen that currently is associated with that button. You can change the screen that displays when a
custom button is selected, if doing so proves more convenient.
You can assign one of five feature screens to each custom button: [Copy], [Scan], [Setup],
[Localization], and [Destination]. To leave a custom button unassigned, select [Not Entered].
The factory default custom button settings are [Copy] for the <Custom 1> button, and [Scan] for the
<Custom 2> button.
