Authentication
Authentication is the verification of user identity and authorization.
If your Document Centre is equipped with this option you will be
able to configure the system so users cannot initiate a service unless
authentication is provided.
This option can be a useful network security management tool.
When enabled you can limit access to Document Centre services
such as Scanning, E-mail, and Network Fax.
This section provides information about each Authentication screen
and function found in a fully featured Document Centre. Your
configuration may vary slightly.
Use Internet Services to setup the Authentication Server. Refer to
the System Administration Guide for details.
