Toggling this bit clears the watchdog timer
back to a zero count.
Note
Before enabling the watchdog timer for the first time, it is necessary to reset the
count back to zero by toggling bit 7 (WDOG_CLR). Toggling implies changing
the state of bit (0 to 1 or 1 to 0).
