Steps to add schedule for Room Grouping:
1.
Click on Add Schedule
2.
Enter Group Name and Description
3.
Select Schedule Type:
a.
Automatic: will start and stop automatically at scheduled time
b.
Manual: need to start and stop manually
4.
Select Start Date, Start Time and Stop Time
5.
Click on Next will list down Available Displays to schedule a grouping.
6.
Select the display and click on
sign to add them under Selected
Display Pane in right side
7.
Click on Next
8.
You need to select one of the Display as master (Master display is the one
on which all users will join in the room and its Display will be streamed to
rest of the gateways) and rest will automatically become slave.
