mm]).The gullet of an 1-1/2" blade should be 3/16" (4.5 mm) out from the front edge of the
wheel (±1/16 [1.5 mm]). Do not let the teeth ride on the wheels.
See Figure 7-22.
Use the cant control adjustment to adjust the idle-side blade wheel. If
the blade is too far forward on the wheel, turn the cant control counterclockwise. If it is too
far back on the wheel, turn the cant control clockwise.

Check the position of the blade on the drive-side blade wheel. The blade should be posi-
tioned on the wheel as described for the idle-side blade wheel. Adjust the drive-side blade
wheel if necessary.
